Young Investigator Awards E-mail

The International Society for Fibrinolysis and Proteolysis (ISFP) has created the D. Collen Young Investigators' Awards to honour the contributions of Désiré Collen to research on fibrinolysis, proteolysis and thrombolysis. These awards will be awarded every two years at the occasion of the congress of the ISFP.

Nominees for the 2010 Award are:

E. Smeds, Texas A&M Health Science Center, Houston, TX, USA (Abstract O8-4)
 

J. Sohn, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA, USA (Abstract O8-1)

 M. Valls Seron, Academic Medical Center, Amsterdam, The Netherlands (Abstract O8-3)

Selected nominees will receive USD 1,000; the winner of the 2010 D. Collen Young Investigator Award will receive USD 5,000. Presentation of the five selected abstracts and the awarding ceremony will take place in Plenary Session 8 on August 26.  New applications for the 2010 Awards cannot be submitted anymore.
